At the same time... do it fast and skip the f'n dummy for christ sake.

	ship buffs are overrated. Ive run everything, even epic, no problem, with standard buffs.

Four people died in part 4 and our raid leader was using a GS axe with only tier 1 enhancements, and it was still only 1.5 rounds.� Then part 5 was the closest I've come to a party wipe in quite some time.� If that's not ship buffs, I don't know what it is.

Breaken and I were running lowbies through some harbor quests on elite. He starts taking puggers in. I am thinking it is easier to two man these quests... why is he doing this? I am clenching my jaw so tight I broke a tooth. I can only conclude he is trying to kill me.

Hehe. The culprit shows his face Yeah, I get what you were saying. The eye-opener for me is that the ship buffs actually make that much of a difference to some parties. The DPS was decent but perhaps a bit squishy, but I think the real problem is that the healers were pretty inexperienced. I typically have about 520-550 HP, and I was almost dying between heals. I actually was drinking CSW pots between heals, and I know for a fact that saved me from dying at least twice. I guess I haven't recently been in groups that cut it so close. I was the guy who took the earth elemental in part 2, btw. I didn't have any ship buffs at the start.

Something about someone wanting a tour to Amrath, right as we filled the group... Something about people never being to Meridia, but having all the flagging done... Something about people wanting invites to guild ships in the middle of the run. I don't know, I tried to ignore it in order to preserve what little sanity I have left.

What is worse is when after he's buffed ... tells the group "Oh, I cannot teleport with this character yet, is the first time I'm running ToD with it. How do I get there does someone know the way?" Give me a fucking break! I still do not know how anyone could not know to even run out to the tower - just for the bloody explorer of it and talk to the guide there before even finishing flagging and getting boots for the bloody character. I ran cursed crypt series on elite night before last... was level 14 and had people come and go... got to the easy one - Unhallowed I think? - a level 15 pally joins and as we enter he said "Wait we have no healer, We can't complete this without one." and got very disturbed 'bout it. I said "You cannot be serious, we're levels 13-15 in a bloody level 13 quest (normal is 11) We run two of the other three without any. I suppose I could toss you to make space for a bloody hireling?� Chances are it'd die as more than you, not quite sure. "

We finally get to VoD and enter he stands outside the quest. "Only normal?" says the guy with 5 remove curse pots. The raid itself was fine, but Deathbinger probably made half a dozen friends' lists.� Follow-up, we had a conversation with the player (he is apparently in his late teens). He apologized and understands that this behavior is not acceptable. He said he would not repeat it in the future.

	Here's another 1 for you Eladiun. Criptbot of Helper's guild. The way he went on in a shroud I joined that he was leading, if this is one of the leaders of helper's in playsytle, maybe he should stick to leading guild only raids for a while yet. I never thought I would hear a grown man carry on like a butt hurt 14 YO girl playing DDO. I heard it tonight. And most of the whining was because of his own shortcomings in the raid. The worst 45 minutes of my night.

	Turbine is a company, not your friend. If a company you have been loyal to suddenly changes their product so that it either is worse or not even working any more then only a complete fool would continue to patronize them. Business only understands one thing, the bottom line. The posters above who have a delusional perception of their relationship with Turbine seem to be suffering from Stockholm syndrome.
