	Basic rundown... When you wander through the graveyard, random undead of near your level spawn. If you hit them, any nearby become active and will attack you. When you kill them you get a chance for one of the 3 common collectibles in the area to appear in your inventory. There was a rare chance for an Ethereal Key to appear in your inventory. There are also rare undead that spawn, such as Vampires and Liches, that will drop a rare collectible needed for high level upgrades. The common collectibles are turned in to a collector in exchange for Motes of Night. Each turned in collectible also advances a counter for opening part 2 of the event. I think the counter was set somewhere around 5000 turn ins and talking to the NPC would show the current number. Once the counter was at 0, the doors to part 2 open. You still need to have an Ethereal Key to enter. If you didn't get a random drop you could exchange motes for one or just buy one in the DDO store. Part 2 is a multi party instance that is restricted by level. I was only in the level 20 version myself. It had a DM text that pops up saying that less than 16 people was not recommended. There is a hallway connecting 4 large rooms containing altars that must be protected from waves of undead. In addition there is a lever outside of each room that needs to be pulled to weaken the boss with light. The boss is a Spectral Blue Dragon. Upon defeating the boss, everyone gets 1 Spectral Scale. The second collector is where this gets interesting. Using motes you can purchase several interesting low level items (cloak, handwraps, robe, docent, 2 eternal wands). You can also upgrade them using things you have collected from the event. The higher the level of the upgrade the more you need to upgrade. Some will require vampire fangs collected from the rare vampires and some lich dust from liches. The 2 highest level upgrades also require a spectral scale from the dragon instance. The collector also has some fun items such as pumpkin and skull bombs that change peoples heads into the same. Also had some odd potions like PK in a bottle that I did not see tested. I would not be surprised if mote costs and difficulty of the dragon (at least the level 20 version) were increased. Soloing around with a melee I gathered enough motes to get an item to level 8 and enough rare ingredients for the level 20 version, another 3 hours or so and I'd be done.

	The dragon was blue for you? The one I battled, which I think was the first one after they opened the quest, was red. It ran around alot, but I never really did get to see what it did other than that.

	Thanks for the read guys, very informative. I've yet to copy any toons over to lamainia and was curious. Are the items bound to character or account before upgrading them? I'm thinking that my pally and multiple favored souls could do some farming for my other toons. Especially since my main is in the middle of a TR (again) and only at level 6.

I would consider putting the cloak on in place of the gs hp item. Especially if I have a lot of sneak attack damage and Turbine codes it correctly (invis grants sneak even if I have aggro, even if they know I am there), the cloak would guarantee me of getting my sneak damage. Any kills from the pk guard would just be a bonus. For soloing, I think it would be a very nice piece to have.

Upon examination during the 1st and 2nd level 20 instance it was showing up as Blue Dragon, Race: Undead. It was definitely the blue dragon model as well.

	I was on a lvl 20, and I just realized it was the second dragon, since the first bugged. edit: Maybe it changes color based on which room you're in?

	Update: The items recieved durning the live event now need an epic token to upgrade to the lvl 20 version. Per Eladrin: Quote: We did add a couple of things to some of them, but the general thought was that they're about epic caliber so should be classified as such. All other level 20 required items are epic. A couple of them have new additions to their effects list. Reply per sirgog: Quote: It means that this item is no longer accessible to anyone that doesn't own at least one of the packs with epic dungeons. Eladrin: Quote: A guest pass would also work.

	Found an overlooked item in the motes turn-in list. Non bound DW pots that last 10 minutes are being offered for 25 motes a piece. I am prolly gonna pick up a stack or two before the event is done with. Also there is a pot that adds 1d6 light damage to your wep for 1 hour.
