These guys are fucking assholes, I'm convinced on the idea of bringing this shit to their beloved tentonhammer mmo rating boards, theres already a thread concerning this up there. Stir the pot there, maybe some external inquiries which turbine cant just "cube" will have some result.

Not banned but that's just being lucky I guess as most don't know why they are banned in the first place.

Knowing those pansies, it is decaf on purpose.  They half-ass their coffee just like the game, makes sense to me.

Hey all- finally made it over here to the "secret squirrel" forum.(Thx Strake).

Just to add info- I did not get banned or warned.  A few of my guildies whom I occasionally grouped with during the event were banned, however.

I farmed the hell out of the event with my WF sorc, spawn camped and instance-swapped the area above the collector for hours on end.

I used the coffee's and the midnight potions from the DDO store.  Did quite a bit of kill stealing as well.

I also did maybe seven dragon runs, and was a lever man for two of them.

So, either I did nothing wrong in Turbine's eyes or they just haven't nabbed me yet.  Whatever is going on, this is completely stupid.

I didn't get a ban or email. I think whatever method turbine is using to detect 'exploiters' might have something to do with logins/logouts and whether a dragon instance was running at the time or not.

Those would all be events that are logged and could be datamined for 'exploiters'. Character login, logout, dragon start, dragon end.

With turbine's FUBAR'd logic it could be:
1) Was a dragon instance running
2) Did you log out of 1 character and onto another (regardless of what location your character is at, this could explain why mules in Meridia got flagged as 'exploiters' too)

If yes to both then turbine deems you an exploiter.  Cheesy

No idea whether that's what really happened or not, just my hypothesis on this mess.
