They don't want us complaining or getting answers on thier public forums?  Then flood thier facebook page as well so everyone can know, twitter about it, do everything possible to get the message out that they're dicking thier customers around.

Rather 4chan-esque, but one sufficiently motivated could always create a free linkedin account and email any or all of the 286 employees that are listed as linkedin members.

One could potentially do this as many times as one desired- even create multiple linkedin accounts.

Not that I would condone such behavior.
