No, it's not just you - it's been crazy bad for me as well.  When people complain about lag, I don't usually experience it, but the last week or so has been banana sandwich.

I had a weird spell last night in Lordsmarch.  I could only go backwards and turn right.  While the others were completely stuck in place.  Only lasted about 8-10 seconds, but it was strange.
  
Give the laziest person, the hardest job, and they will find the easiest way to do it!

Had two back to back laggiest shrouds ever - even after rebooting in between... my cure and heal spells were taking a complete five second cycle to land some of them landed even after the timer cleared and I had casted the next. I do not mind blind healing but was bloody ridiculas that I could not even move while doing so either. We completed those but latter while on Myara we attempted to do ToD and people were rubber banding in the air in part one... the kiter kept screaming bout running in place and come Horoth/Sulu bloody forget it.

Lag was pretty bad for me too the last few days as well Sad Much sadness... I guess the changes to melee fighting really fixed the lag pretty good  Roll Eyes

I am wondering if some of the lag was being caused by festivult coin turn-ins.  Last night I turned in almost 1000 coins in about 10 min.  Probably a lot of people wait till the last minute (as in myself) and then realize they have a fuckton of coins to redeem and have been doing it over the weekend.  The various item NPCs, in my opinion, is some of the worst code in the game, very slow, funtionally embarassing, so many unneeded windows, so slow to transact things...  I don't think it has gotten any attention since it was originally coded...  T

Used to have to bounce around between different positioned options and had an extra dialog page per turn-in. The devs are learning, it's just been slow.
