  I want the rep system gone myself, but as far as H4x goes, he's a kid and I can overlook a hell of alot from a kid when it doesn't have anything to do with rl situations.

I don't know for sure, but I think your rep display is automatically disabled if you're in the red.

I know you can see the red bars after you hit them with rep.

No! I have seen a few people running around with 2 or 3 red boxes. Most people are too fucking scared when they get em though and immediately disable the rep display.

True. They changed it to do this, but it was a pretty recent change. Once a person's boxes go Red, you can see them as red when you apply the Neg... refresh the post or go to another thread and their box is already gray.

It's one of the things I pointed out in my Fix It thread that should change. If I person has enough Neg to have red boxes - it should be visible so people know what type of poster they are dealing with. That is... if their Rep Appeal process was more then a handjob and a reset button for only some people... and ignored for everyone else.

If the Rep system worked like Turbine themselves say it should - everything would be peachy. Problem is, Turbine is too chickinshit with their own rules and too inconsistent with those same rules to make the thing work. The players haven't sacked the system - the Mods have. The only problem is - we players have to live with their lethargy and incompetence.
