Well the first Friday Raid Revival went by with a great response in guild, which I expected as it is still new, and we were lucky to have Arkat and Stainer along for a few of the raids as well.
Unfortunately, due to guildies populating the raid, I couldn't get Arkat back in for later raids, but I hope to be able to do that in the future.
Reaver went off like, well, a Reaver...Pike-a-lot it's such a silly place. Didn't even pay attention to see if anything dropped. This was the last Elite raid we ran...the rest were on Normal after I determined that there would be issues in the Cleric department (aside from me) from my guild.
Hound was a bit testier, we had to restart once due to what I will call a "lack of cohesion." The second run went just fine. Again, I didn't pay any attention to drops.
VoD was smooth and we got on a good track for the next few raids smooth as silk. Don't ask...I didn't pay attention to these chests either.
Shroud was nice and smooth, with no hitches, glitches or fuckups. I pulled a couple large ingreds I needed but FORGOT to beg for a Supreme Shard (of which I need 2) as the final ingredients needed for my ConcOpp goggles...ah, well, I'll Shroud on Monday I suppose.
ToD went very smoothly, despite the protestations of a few folks who were new to the "position" they'd be playing such as the kiter who did it perfectly. Unfortunately my Radiant Servant belt did not drop, but we did get a +4 STR tome and the Pale Master ring dropped too.
Epic Chronoscope, well remember the reason we did the above few on normal? Yes, guild noob clerics FTL...and I include myself in that. We did not have the healing to get past the Bloodplate fight and did not have time to retry before the monthly guild officers meeting. SUPER BUMMED ABOUT THIS

.
After the Officers meeting I decided that I'd rather be a cog in the machine than the one pushing the buttons, and just joined an eVon6 in which we had a few drops...I got the Shield, Shield Shard and Shield Scroll...but gave them to Gerkar who really wanted it and I'm happy with my Lorrik's anyway atm...also had the Gloves drop (I got those) and a couple of other shards.
Since during that run, Breaken did the eDQ run...and I didn't think I'd be able to get anyone to come on another run with me as I'm just an old stick in the mud, I jumped into an Abbot run that needed a DI cleric for Ice. This was unintentionally pure win on my part. It was a Homeboys of Stormreach guild run, and after 2 hiccups we completed in a fairly clutch fashion on the third, but that isn't the win part. No, I got bupkus for loot as well. In that raid I had no fewer than 7 of these guys on my /squelch list! I was wondering why it was so fucking quiet and with nothing better to do than wait for my DI to recharge I checked my /squelch list. It was hilarious. Out of 11 other folks in this raid, only 4 were not on the list ROFL. I kept hearing the second part of a conversation but not the first and I got so confused I finally checked. Such a Win moment.
Thus, the Raid Revival was a great success, but I'd love to try to get an Epic Chronoscope, Epic Demon Queen and a Titan out of the way today when I get home so that I can complete the rounds as it were and keep my counters moving upwards.
I hope that next Friday's is just as good, if not better, than this one was!
