Alrighty guys, I finally took some time to sit down and Write out the Revenant Build for all those that were curious. I tried my best to break everything down from the starting point until the end point and added all the enhancements feats/Items that I personally use. In U8 this build was all about getting the highest Enchantment DC's because CC was what the game was about back then. Times have changed and with change you either evolve or you wither away. Here is what I have come up with for my Pure 20 Wizard human PaleMaster.

Typically I only ever use Abishai cookies when I really want to rip some stuff up as they are starting to become extinct these days. I never use House D pots because they are too hard to get, but will always take a bard song if its available.

First of all everyone now knows that there are pretty much 2 types of Casters: Those who Nuke and those who use Insta-kill spells. With that said I still believe that CC has a small place in the game in different situations so I didn't want to completely scrap my Enchantment Focus's. I decided to get rid of both focus's and keep my Bard Past life feat as it did the same thing with a +1 Charisma skills edge, and with the 2 extra feats I picked up Illusion Focus and Mental Toughness.
Here's why I made this choice: I use PK all the damn time now. I PK anything and everything that I possibly can. Granted it doesn't work quite as well as FOD, but it usually more often then not gets the job done. If I am in Chrono I will PK the humanoids and Finger the Devils as I now the humanoids usually wont make their saves. Not only does PK work amazingly, but it has a very short cool down timer which allows you to spam it that much more while your waiting for your 30 second wail/circle timer to hit. So PK alone made my mind up on why to boost the DC by 1. I usually run around with a 44-45 DC PK and it seems to get almost everything with the exception of insects and things that are immune. Its just another death spell on my bar.
Now for the last extra Feat I had I chose to take Mental Toughness. I'll be honest while the extra SP is nice its not the reason I took it. For certain Quests Wraith Mode is so Nice I can't even begin to explain. For example in the DQ raid there is no need for DCs. There is only nuke/debuff and stay alive. When the DQ comes at you which isn't always but when it does happen while in wraith mode that Incorporeal will save your a$$. You can use this Mode for a lot of other really cool things like sneaking around etc. Basically I had my choices down to another Toughness feat, Shield Mastery, and Mental Toughness. I Liked the Shield Mastery Idea of having an extra 15% damage absorbsion while Blocking with a shield but as a PaleMaster due to your Aura It hasn't ever really been an issue to stay alive therefore I took the Mental Toughness Feat.
New Spell Changes:
I pretty much use the same spells as I always did with a few exceptions. I now use PK and Circle of Death. I also now use Bestow Curse and heres why: 1. Its a Necromancy Spell so the DC's usually land and 2. its a -4 to all saves basically boosting your spells DC by 4. Amazing!! 3. It has a very fast cooldown Timer allowing you to FOD/curse/PK one after another. I got rid of Firewall and Ice storm pretty much and only pick them up during quests I know I will use them. If I am solo Scroll farming ADQ1 I will pick up Ice Storm etc.
**Note** - If possible For everyone out there I would Craft Tier 2 at least Tier 3 if your able Elemental Absorbsion GS Items. They are usually a 2-3 LDS item and it makes different Situations so much easier to deal with.
Final Thoughts: You do not need the Bard Past life. I chose to do this back when Enchantment Spells ruled them all, but I really would recommend getting at least 3 Wizard Past lives for this. It allows you to drop the Spell Penetration Feats and take other Feats instead.
