	That's definitely new, or at least a deviation from the way it used to be. I want to say that I remember there being something about that in release notes from a couple releases back, but I'm not sure.

	It changed right after the first IQ quests came out. I had to wait until Dreaming Dark was released to get it into the Dreamforge to find out that the recipe wasn't in the game yet and the altar spit it back out at me.

	It's been BTA for at least the last three or four updates when you unsupress it then it becomes btc
