A new crafting recipe is available to reduce the minimum level usage restriction on a crafted item by 2. The recipe is called Masterful Craftsmanship I, and requires a special Bound to Account item that is only available from a House Cannith favor vendor or rare treasure drop. Currently, House Cannith favor can only be acquired by high level characters, but this will change in a future update.

Total Enchantment Modifier and Minimum Level

The formula for minimum level is twice the enchantment level, minus 1. Hence a +3 item has a minimum level of 5 (3*2 -1). Regardless of the enchantment level, no item may have a minimum level higher that current level cap (level 20). Since the level cap may change in the future, it may affect the usability of high-level crafted objects. If the level cap is raised from 20 to 22, for example, a +11 item will become minimum level 21 and a level 20 character will be unable to use it.
