The chance of someone pulling a tome from the festivault is like 0.0000000001%. It's so rare that usually I see one tome on the marketplace every two festivaults. When I say "the marketplace" I mean on every server in the game.

	For something like tomes, I don't give a fuck.� If this keeps the content flowing, fine by me.� Game really needs a lot more quests.� �Making me grind so much for loot isn't going to keep me playing.� New quests will.� I'm bored with the quests that are there because I've run them so fucking much and I still haven't gotten all the gear I want so it isn't the fucking gear that makes me not play, it is the lack of fucking content.� This is why I haven't been on in a while. I did check out the new UI and it gives me a headache. With this fuck up along with the quicken bug, I'll be waiting till this get fixed before I think about playing again and I'm figuring on a few more updates for content before playing again.

Is a marilith chain scroll less rare because you can't possibly know everyone in game who have one for trade because the forums aren't a "real measurement" of the rarity of something? Using your logic that would completely invalidate every social experiment in mankind because you only only test x amount of people and because of that you couldn't possibly have any idea what the WHOLE population was doing - that's not a very good example but take it as you will. 	I don't think that that the rarity of dropping from elsewhere means that they're raid loot, tbh. I also think that if Festivault gave rare unbound Madstone Boots or Kyosho's Rings, it would have been a terrible, terrible mistake that would have pissed off a lot more people than if it were tomes. As far as I'm concerned, Festivault clearly marked tomes as being in their own loot class. Which makes a lot of sense, as they should be. They're not like the raid-specific loot, they're rewards that drop from raids (pretty much all of them!) the overwhelmingly vast majority of the time.

Reading comprehension is the ability to comprehend what you have read. For example, I can read spanish, but I cannot comprehend/understand it. Get it? Two different things.
