We're probably getting screwed, but I really just don't care enough at this point.

That is actually a better bonus than 20% on top of the "final" XP granted by the quest on some of the late repeats.

If you're getting more than 100% of the quest base XP (because of bonuses), then 20% of base is less good than 20% of "final".

If you're getting less than 100% of the quest base XP because you have more penalities than bonuses (repeat penality or possibly even reentry), then 20% of base XP will be higher than 20% of "final" XP.


This is a good time to go back and run through all of those favor quests that you skipped before since the 20% of base will ignore the -90% or whatever you're getting from being severely above the quest's level.

I don't remember who said it, but I read something like "if Shadow Crypt had all optionals available, you could run nothing but that quest from level 6 to level 15" because of what Pope Jubal is saying.

Iirc, it's some kind of old xp bonus

I remember this from being able to farm deleras pt 2 more often than without.

Must have been active in the first half of '10. I might be confusing it with an implementation of the voice of the master's xp bonus at a similar time.
