Ya.  It wasn't that they were a big faceless guild, it was the constant stream of blind guild invites every time you made up a new alt.  People just had to be standing around spamming the guild invite button from the who panel or something.

After the guild leader basically said "suck it, we're gonna keep blind inviting and there is nothing you can do about it", that's when they made the hit list.

Its not racist its classist and nationalist, and it pisses him off so much. Also there is a certain amount of back story behind the tradition of casual racism of Argo, which also includes jokes about dumbass Honky white boys as much as it does any other racial group. Sexism doesnt really come into play that much on Argo, but there are some beauty stories of the ladies hooking up with the boys and the boys kissing and telling.

Not really defending the "racism"but I do think people are a little to touchy on that matter and are oversensitively PC, maybe its because I am from Canada where Racism is pretty non-existant or extremely underground, where as in the US it is a huge hot button issue in politics at the moment. even more than usual. In Canada if one is a visible minority it pretty much guarantees prefential treatment in getting jobs at the federal, provincial and even municiple level... being a white male English speaker puts you at the bottom of the list for getting hired all else being equal.

That took about 3 minutes or so to track down, and I'm sure I could find more.  Trust me, there are plenty of people in the US who are equally deluded into thinking we're in a post-racial society where being white is a huge handicap.  It's bullshit in the US and bullshit in Canada, unfortunately. 

I'm not trying to be overly sensitive, I don't think.  I just think that it's a lot easier to make jokes about someone being Puerto Rican when they're a 'less visible' than blacks.  I think that if Alex were black and every other post from you and Gunga talked about how he was an ape who wanted a banana and he should either learn how to pick cotton or go back to Africa, this conversation wouldn't be necessary because you would have already been 'community moderated' away from doing so. 

In my opinion, at least.  Mostly, I'm just saying that it's a really tremendously lazy way to get to a joke and that you're both probably better than that.
