you can use cannith crafting to reduce the min level by 2 on runearms btw

I have a Monk that's at Wiz King farming level.  Looks like it's time to get that out of the way!

Also, Cannith power cells of various sizes and flavors are outrageously expensive.  Mine are going on the AH this afternoon.

You can still put useful things on them after lowering the ml by 2. Doesn't affect anything else on the rune arm.
