Screaming of Bleed is fine if you don't have a no-ML keen risia Icy Burst falchion. Obviously replace at 4 w/Carnifex.
No-ML melee alacrity 10% trinket kicks ass until you get haste pots.
Moderate fort ring/belt at ML3 and heavy at ML7.
No-ML detect secret door goggles (static crafted, not clickie) are awesome for the xp boost until you get attack +2/+4 and dodge +1/+2 goggles at 5.
No-ML feather falling boots/ring/cloak is a nobrainer.
Cove trinkets, esp since cove is supposedly back super soon.
Ench save +5/+6 can be handy, but you only really need it till you get the PLIS and Mantle of the Worldshaper at 5. I usually have Mantle perma on and leave my trinket for swap between Coves, PLIS, Voice (for the true seeing set bonus).
Honestly, Cannith Crafting can produce a wondrous assortment of twink gear. (ML's assume Masterful Craftsmanship. Don't leave home without it.)
