If you're TN, Sup Stability Mithral, ML3 w/masterful. If not TN, Invulnerability.

Screaming of Bleed is fine if you don't have a no-ML keen risia Icy Burst falchion. Obviously replace at 4 w/Carnifex.

No-ML melee alacrity 10% trinket kicks ass until you get haste pots.

Moderate fort ring/belt at ML3 and heavy at ML7.

No-ML detect secret door goggles (static crafted, not clickie) are awesome for the xp boost until you get attack +2/+4 and dodge +1/+2 goggles at 5.

No-ML feather falling boots/ring/cloak is a nobrainer.

Cove trinkets, esp since cove is supposedly back super soon.

Ench save +5/+6 can be handy, but you only really need it till you get the PLIS and Mantle of the Worldshaper at 5. I usually have Mantle perma on and leave my trinket for swap between Coves, PLIS, Voice (for the true seeing set bonus).

Honestly, Cannith Crafting can produce a wondrous assortment of twink gear.  (ML's assume Masterful Craftsmanship.  Don't leave home without it.)

ML5 +2 Dodge or +4 Attack Goggles

...i usually build +2 - 5 shards for main stats, +2-4 Resist , FL, IFL, GFL, Mod and Heavy Fort plus a few others based on build

Sup Pot IV Ring ML3

I just got that impression after you spent 13 pages calling out eladiun for being an interwebs bully when anyone who's been posting on here already knew that.  I mean, he's proud of it and hardly tries to hide that at all.

I'm currently blowing up my crafting levels, so keep the ideas flowing guys. The more twink I can get, the more I can tr my toons and stay out of the very stagnant endgame :p

Once I get to 9 I have Mobile of Heavy Fort and FF of GFL rings on my tank TR. Mobile is just awesome, +2 AC if your dex doesn't suck, without having to take the feat.

"As much as I hope the xpac won't kill my builds *again* or make my build choices unviable *also again*...."

Our build is deader than Jerry Garcia, and I'm not grateful.

Sorry, but as a tank it's gonna be worthless.  I'm LRing to full offensive as soon as MoTU hits and staying that way for a while.  Fuck tanking.

It's all good. I'll either stay the same build or look into an 18/2 with monk/rogue depending on how badly they fuck up ac.

This is all in flux again so I'm going to stick with "I have no fucking idea" for now until the rules are written in something more permanent than chalk.

it is, and it'll be a blast again as an offensive build kensai Smiley

Even if the 12/6/2 monkey-splash has the potential to be a viable tank post MoTU it's gonna require a TON of Epic Destiny grind . . . and the thought of doing that on a defender build is just painful, even on one who still has decent DPS.

Besides . . . it's almost a shame to not have stunning blow on a fighter now that we have stunning 10 lightning-strike khopeshes available.

Agreed. I'm looking at the Pally EpiDes right now. Sick shit for a tank and almost required. Especially that OH SHIT button as the final bit for twisting. And a few of the stances.

I am looking at how they do AC/Dodge/PPS for unarmored builds. If they fuck over monks as bad as they're showing right now, I may swap those levels out for Rogue and go Light Armor with high Dodge.

They won't fuck over monks, the devs have a major hard-on for them and will find some way to make them OP like normal.  Monk-splashes right now are the ones seeing the biggests potential nerf.

Eladrin mentioning adding the DEX and WIS bonuses as stacking dodge is the only thing on the table that could save their viability.

That would be fine, but like you said in the thread itself, unless they get a HUGE buff through dodge to make up for the AC nerfing, they won't be able to tank anymore.

Not til the U15 pass to AP.

Agreed about the lacking of fucking. However, I don't think that they'll screw over monk splashes either at least after the enhancement pass as the Monk class only appeals to a certain crowd but due to how awesome monk splashes are the splash appeals to almost everyone and that is what makes the class a money maker.

Just look at how they fixed archery. (10k stars).

I typically do not walk around at 900 HP because it simply isn't needed on a 95 AC evasion toon with a 40ish buffed Refles save.

It takes some get swappage to get there and the only time I bother is when tanking Epic Lord of Blades.  Typical HP in AC mode is 780ish, in "Epic" mode is mid 800s.  But the below gets me to 900

HP      180
Heroic      20
Draconic      10
GFL      30
CON      240
Minos      20
Toughness      66
Enh      60 (Can't afford all 7)
GS      45
Tort      5
Airship      20
LGA(Belt)      20
Yugo      40
Babr PL      30 (10 from passive, 20 from active)

786  x1.15 = 903.   DDO Store CON pot can get it to 931 if really needed.  because he has evasion and decent saves I can really stretch that out in ELOB by using a Pale Lavender and Scarabs of Spell Absorption to mitigate much of the Mournlands procs.

Thanks, I can see where I'm lacking it.

I generally don't have a GS HP item on anymore unless I'm planning on being Aggro magnet, so that was part of it, as well as the belt and Barb PL.

Didn't know how much was AP though, and I haven't even ToD flagged yet since I have every ring imaginable at this point on Smrti (Kyoshos, Conder, Ravager, Crusty, Verik's, etc etc etc), so no Yugo pots yet.

How's the ED front looking for you Big? I'm seeing a few nice ones, but I kinda am digging the Ranger ED. Thoughts?

Legendary Dread looks really good for this type of fighter.  What's nice is since shield mastery is useless for it (it's only 2 more PRR over Tempest I + TWD and I'm sure as shit not going to take two shield mastery feats) Taking the feats for a Kensai swap is back on the table.  That's my pan to get to level 25 and grind out EDs.

I'm still not sure what twists are ideal and won't be until the system is finalized.  i

For my "hit in the back" toons Shadow Dancer just looks amazing, just the passive benefits alone are wonderful.  I'll probably be crafting a Radiance weapon for everyone.
