Fuck no this is DARK SOULS MOTHER FUCKER!

getting cursed means 1) instant death 2) half your HP gone in till you get a purging stone from this dead bitch in a fucking sewer for 6000 souls ($$$)

oh every time you die, all your souls ($$$) are dropped were you died and you have one life to get it back.

Big Daddy is playing this game and regularly screams at the tv.  There is literally no instruction on how to do anything.  I made a character, made it to the first boss and rage quit by throwing the PS3 controller across the room.  Hubby is almost level 60 last I checked.

When they make it for PC, I will be interested.  I have a theory for all games.  If it isn't made on PC (excluding pre nin 64 era) it isn't worth the time of day.

as long as you don't run into battle, or get mobs behind you (backstab X2 dam.)

draw agro with your bow.

use proper weapons (greatswords in narrow corridors will bang against walls leaving you open, instead use a spear for thrusting)

you will do just fine.

I haven't watched those videos, but I can tell you it's pretty much the hardest game from the wide range of current games. It's a bit harder than it's prequel. It's not unfair, but it's unforgiving. Just one little mistake can cost you a lot of game time (souls). And yet it's awesome as hell... probably because it is hell Wink
