This might have been in a previous patch and I just didn't notice it before, but I like this new/recent change.

Once upon a time, when I took off my Greater False Life item, I'd lose 30 current HP and 30 max HP.

Now when I take off my Greater False Life item, I lose 30 max HP, but my current HP don't change.

I am thinking it might be to get around killing yourself on the LR ship?

You can't /death on there, and some funky shit happens if you make it off without finishing the leveling up process I think.
