	It makes no sense to me. The power of Terror/Thrak wraps has been known for quite some time. People have noted how powerful it was over and over. So Turbine puts out nightmare Scimitars and Falchions to trivialize old content even more.

	Even when it does get nerfed it's a cheap nerf...just decon the loot gen item and move on.
