Speaking of buyback

Has anyone else noticed that the buyback doesn't seem to go away anymore?...had pages and pages of "imminent" first several of them that were from the previous life.

I wonder if this ties in to the screwed up quest and auction timers as well.

It seems sporatic, too, I notice a bunch of shards that I sold-off when cleaning out a TR cache like 2 lives back...and I'm not one to gnash my teeth about the 1 week TR limit.
