Anyone else noticing this no longer giving a movement speed bonus?
Spell description has been changed to not include it but buff description still states it should do

Seems a little erratic to me. 

I didn't really pay any attention last night, but I was getting hasted(movement speed) on one character but not another one.  I think one might have been wearing the threnal cloak?
  
I'm the 'sharans(Osharan, Asharan, Osharina, Asharina, etc.) And Epoxy.� And Notverysexy.

Noticed that as well. Sometimes I would see my character speed up with haste, other times, no noticeable run speed difference.

It's probably related to the Pendant of Time bug. Maybe a bigger issue with all movement buffs.

im also using the threnal cloak on my levling toon where i first noticed it.
i get the move speed increase on my fvs, but im pretty sure my monk isnt getting it either
maybe it doesnt stack with striding anymore?

Na, I don't wear striders at all.  I was only playing casters last night, so on the one guy that was getting the haste icon but no run speed buff, I just popped an expeditious retreat and carried on.

Didn't really think about it too much until I saw your post here.  I haven't really played much since the expansion hit, so I just chalked it up to "one more broken thing" and moved on.

Running With the Wind was stated as not stacking and WAI by a developer (forget which).  That means it's worthless unless you *really* need to free up that item slot and you can't be bothered to keep Korthos boots as a clicky now that they last 5 minutes per click.

Can't say I have noticed haste not giving the correct speed boost. Also it never stacked with striding, it is simply a few % better than striding.
