20% Heroic XP bonus working for Epic??

Cordovan made special note to say the 20% XP bonus was for heroic only.

However, I was getting the 20% bonus running Epics last night, so what is the deal:

1)  They gave everyone the bonus because of their ship buff fiasco?
2)  Cordovan has no idea what he is talking about?
3)  Turbine meant for it to be Heroic only, but they probably messed up the programming of it?

If you check the Dev tracker, he posted that the hotfix allowed them to do epic xp bonus as well.

Or they are using it as an excuse to give everyone xp bonus due to the ship buffs.

He got pummeled for announcing the 20% xp bonus to heroic only, so they acquiesced turned the switch "on" for epic as well during the hotfix.

I noticed this as soon as servers were brought up and was able to log in, when I was grinding CR 25 epic Cannith challenges.

Considering their history of not knowing the effects of their changes, it could also be they had no idea if it would affect epic xp or not Cheesy
