So either I never upgraded it post U11, which I think is highly unlikely, but at the same time likely because I am a fucking idiot sometimes, but did they nerf it and take off the SFL and Vert 15?

I swear I upgraded it because I used it on a previous life because I liked the Vert +15 and SFL along with all the other goodies. I go to look in my TR bank last week, and its not on it anymore.

So if I am in fact a dumbass, does anyone remember how to go about upgrading it to put the SFL and Vertigo 15 on it?

I couldn't find anything in any release notes about them taking it off, but that doesn't surprise me as they have stealth nerfed/updated a lot of things over the years.
