So he's saying that it's being delayed in order to allow as many people as possible to take advantage of the current state of affairs, while in the same breath confirming that the costs will, eventually, be raised.

What the hell?  Why even bother raising them, then?

I just wasn't expecting Turbine to take steps to obsolete their newest raid after a single update, even as they basically acknowledge that that's what they'll be doing.

That'll show me.

Funny, the only heroic commendation I've ever pulled was on my monk who will likely never step foot in the raid again.

Anyone see what 20th rewards are like yet?  I know that at least some people ran the raid to ransack upon release and now there are those timer resets so it seems possible that someone has hit 20th by now.

Would be interesting to see if you get any commendations there.

20th rewards are weapons (except wraps as they "forgot" to update the list) and +4 tomes (btc), nothing else.
