I imagine there's some tired fed up people in Turbine HQ this morning. Give them a virtual hug and some virtual chocolate from me. While the outages are frustrating as a player, I do sympathise with the battling of old spaghetti code. Did plenty of it in a previous life.

Well, Turbine tortured and is continually torturing one of our favorite games.  So NCsoft holds the upper hand.  The sweet mercy of a quick release instead of a long drawn out painful death is preferable for many I am sure.
