I am curious is this game fun? The reason I ask is because the enhanced edition is on sale on Steam for 2.50$. Although for 2.50 I might just buy it anyways even if you all say it's crap!

Playing it now.  Battle system is a bit different, there are "styles": strong, dex, group.  Timing is also involved, it's not just a click/click/click-fest, you have to watch the cursor for damage bonus opportunities. 

Biggest pain I'm finding is that there are some cinematics prior to boss battles and that if you die, then you have the cinematic or conversation to go through again.  Cinematics, I think, can be escape-keyed so that helps.

Other pain that I'm experiencing in the first chapter is running from one side of the map to the other multiple times, it's stupid.

But, for less than 3 bucks, it'd definitely be worth getting.

I like Witcher 2 more, mainly due to a more interesting combat system. But the first one is worth 2.50 for sure.

Ok, I picked Witcher up along with this one.

The reviews are mixed for this one but I will give it a shot for the 6.50 plus 1.00 for the new DLC. I really like space sims/rpgs and would play Eve if I didn't hate the way you leveled your skills!

Sheesh, I'm really beginning to hate this game.  I can't establish a nice story flow.  Run here, run there, wait until noon, wait until night (which is a fluid description), etc.

You have to meditate at campfires, but can't at fireplaces, arrrgh.

I am really enjoying it! I find the story to be interesting and immersive; even if the combat is somewhat simplistic. I will buy The Witcher 2 when I am finished with this one. It's not like campfires aren't fucking everywhere, plus you can pay to stay at the Inn or when talking to some NPC's you can choose to meditate. The running around all over the place is pretty standard when it comes to RPG's so I am used to it.

I played until you meet Malena in Act 1 and meet that bitch by the waterfall for some sexytimes only to get jumped and those dudes fucking had their way with me.  I got frustrated and haven't played since.  I definitely want to give it another go because I really enjoyed the first one so much.  MOAR BITCHES!
