Remove and redesign that weapon instead of deploying known-broke.

Since FoS said the big layoffs a couple of months ago got rid of some of the chaff, it amazes me that there still remain problems with DDO.  Maybe he has his scarf tied to tightly at the neck and it's cutting off blood flow to his brain.

I find it especially ironic he alludes to lack of resources for why focus on broke items cannot be had.  Maybe if he had some of that chaff lying around...

LeLoric has an awesome point as well:

Then why make weapons like this if the system won't correctly support them? Sure it's a cool idea but with the current state of bugs in DDO where almost everyone who posted on Memnirs 2012 year in review thread mentioned bugs as the lowlight of the year, why make a weapon that is not only bugged but apparently now incapable of being fixed?

Balanced it out. If I still cared as much as I used to, I might have done the same, but it's pretty clear by now 'neat idea' takes precedence over 'it actually works'.
