Throwing out this qstaff build: Human 13 rogue/6 fighter/1 druid
Thief acrobat 2/kensei 1
32 point build with +2 tomes Str 17 Dex 11 Con 16 Int 14 Wis 8 Cha 8
All levelups into strength. Buy 3 strength through action points from human and fighter.
Druid level exists solely for Rams Might and Shillelagh spells. With that and easy to grind gear, you can get 40 strength before rage, primal scream, tencers, madstone, etc.
Thief acrobat 2 for the 20% competence attack speed boost with staff.
Kensei for the damage boost of course.
Feats include weapon focus and specialization, plus improved critical bludgeoning, stunning blow, power attack, dodge, toughness, THF, ITHF, GTHF, cleave, great cleave. There's room to fit something else like improved sunder, improved trip or more toughness.
Rogue special abilities of improved evasion and opportunist.
Damage should be respectable, especially when someone else has aggro, but with power attack, high strength, kensei and fighter enhancements and the boost from Shillelagh the first number is half decent. Criticals would be lackluster because of the low multiplier, but with haste boost, haste and acrobat boost to attack speed you'll get a lot of attacks in.
HP will be north of 500 and 40ish saves with nothing extraordinary added or farmed. Add full trap skills and UMD and you have a fairly decent contributor. With charisma dumped, bluff may or may not be worth investing in. Respectable gear is easy through challenges and commendations, focusing on the woodsman set.
Weaknesses will be doublestrike - spare hand and opportunist only add a little, and as with all light armor builds, PRR. Action points will be tight too.
For leveling I'd go rogue/fighter/druid and then rotate rogue and fighter to level 13, then pure rogue. That front loads feats and gives you druid buffs early on. You do have to take level 19 if you want the acrobat 2 prestige in heroic levels.
