I'm so psyched. I tr'd him yesterday and got him to lvl 7 before the game. HElf Fighter. I have shit for low level gear but have enough to keep me going until I cap a few EDs.

Here's a great tip I never ever ever fucking thought about until late last week: fuck shield wands and shield clickies, use nightshield scrolls. You'll cast them no-fail with the cleric dilly, and they last 5 minutes each. Great for those magic missile spamming fucks.

The obsession with shield wands came from pre-MOTU people trying to max out AC, didn't it?

I think the bug with CL1 Shield/Nightshield wand/scroll/clickies only giving 1 min of MM protection is still around too? I've been sticking with CL5 Shield wands.

AFAIK only ML:1 shield wand/clickies are losing the MM protection after 1 minute. I haven;t noticed an issue with nightshield.

Im almost capped on my Horc and just finishing up GMF (with shears) cant wait til I get to run dreadnaught, although I think im going end up running Fury twisting in Brace for Impact Impr Power attack and Rejuv Coccoon

I think it's more they screwed up the minimum 5 minute duration on Shield when they introduced that to the level one spells that have it. If you're a level 1 wizard and cast Shield, the AC will still last 5 minutes and and the MM protection will only last 1 minute.

CL5 wands of shield work because the CL 5 gets you the proper 5 min duration for MM effect.

Great thing is, I have 10th level wands saved up in piles.

but I will give Scrolls a try too. Shame about the duration thing.

I haven't seen Goodwin or Ryu since early war hammer, Bash is a psychiatrist, Saggi is either dead or killing people and Drecko (Drider) is probably farming pot.

Dirdee and Brac are playing again, Fish is back, gone and coming back again, Jak is sometimes back and Godmode is back.
