We did Facebook for the business, but twitter seems to be too much one-sided communication... us talking to the customers like a carnival barker and that feels like it's disrespectful to them.. like they're the teats Memnir talked about a while back.� Granted, FB ain't MUCH more collaborative with the customer, but at least there's some sort of conversation going on.
