	there are folks with all destinies active. they are grandfathered in and keep that status untill they spend an AP. ofc with all capped, they wont spend any ap's.

	poor sods is saying that the GMs are monitoring in real time the player base... poor sods is saying that GMs are changing loot table on the fly... Oh dear, he needs to learn about Rodrak, and he need to learn how Customer Support usually work. ( even if in Turbine's case it's mostly Customer Unsupport )

	he was just running off at the mouth about the shears exploit. all i could gather was something about people having 80 in every stat from it, and that was affecting his lootz somehow.

	there was a nice exploit that involved shears. this has been fixed, but folks with all destinies active remain as such. This poster is cluttering the issue with nonsense about loot. It amuses me to read his ramblings though.

	depends... I'd say that - those that used shears to have a single active destiny while levelling another... gets warned. ( basically using a shear if you didn't know of the bug ) - those that used shears to pile up several active destinies could get F_o_Sed.

Never used shears myself and I don't give a shit if people got shinies I haven't yet more easily because of them. However, I think bans or other disciplinary action based on Turbine identification of who exploited what and how is a bad bad concept. See Mabar for reasons why.
