If you want I can give you some advice dude.

Turn the oven on, as high as it will go. Then, dump out the contents of a milk jug, and measure about 2 1/2 inches down from the top.  Fill it with phosphorus, then take to the bathroom. Then, go take a shower for 15-20 minutes. Masturbate a couple times if you want. DO NOT DRY OFF! I cannot express the importance of that! Step out of the shower, and grab the bucket. Now, dump the bucket of phosphorus all over you while inside the shower/bathtub. It should be sticking to you. Now run down to the oven, and open the door all the way. Sit in front of it, it would be better to sit on the door as it opens downward. Support it with a brick or two under it if you are to heavy and will break the door - obviously position bricks before shower. Now, it may get a little hot, but I promise you, in less then five minutes, you won't care about the ovens heat anymore and everything will be perfect.
