Why is it that every time Turbine "fixes" something that favors the player - they manage to fuck it up.

Either way don't tr in Unyielding Sentinel wearing something you want to wear before level 20....

Well, it does have +3 and +5 craftable.

And honestly, you can get the ML4 one and it will freeze shit a lot more than you would expect.
