Fair enough Hafeal and we don't mince words much it just seems that the purifying of the forums is going to make that place a waste land IMO it was already heading that way anyway.

I have no faith in the people in charge knowing what they are doing though, I seen the hype they put in when they added these additions they are now taking away/modifying and im not expecting much out of this new change save people who do not want their cc's linked taking that option out of Turbine's hands.

Im still trying to figure out this multiblog thing though I may just join Geofhanna's portal instead.

The neg rep is going away because Turbine was mad over how much administration work they had to do to wash some accounts of their supposedly "unwarranted" neg rep.

It was becoming too much work to maintain the current rep system since people really enjoyed neg repping certain players.

I totally believe this is the case.  I've gotten a buncha neg rep undeservedly, but never complained because, really, what harm comes of it?  Besides, there were times I've taken swipes at people immaturely and gotten positive rep for it - it all balances out.

Can you imagine what it must be like to spend all day sorting through adults going "but he neg repped me inappropriately"... it'd be like being a kindergarten teacher without any of the positive karma part.

so no turbine isnt about manning up and growing a pair. its about acceding to whoever is bring in the moolah. so fuck you. at least know what you are talking about if you want to defend anything

Ive been perma banned so they apparently see no more reason for negative rep.   This is what I get for coming back.   Will my forum account be resurrected?

I loved how they assumed that you don't heal, regardless of anything you kept saying.

They remind me of the truly terribad people I started playing with when I had just downloaded DDO. Painful.
