My pre-U19 warchanter is, like many others, a 16/2rog/2fgt split. It's a dwarf THF bard.
Since 16 is no longer a break point for Inspire Courage, I'm willing to let go of level 6 spells and inspire heroics to go 14/4fgt/2rog to get access to more damage from the kensai tree. Is anyone having similar thoughts?
That's not opinion, that's science. And science is one cold hearted bitch with a 14 inch strap on.

16 bard was never an Inspire Courage breakpoint.
L15 is Inspire Heroics (and Inspire Excellence)
L16 is CMWMass and OID
I was thinking of 5 levels of rogue using qstaffs.
Or I have seen suggested a THF Cleaver (Carpone's) variant with bard instead of monk.
For my 28pb wayfinder plaything (16 / 3 barbarian / 1 fighter) I am thinking of delving into FrB for Supreme Cleave, as this does not require me to spend the free LR.
EDIT:
Ranger dip seems intriguing for extra cheap devotion and potential furyshot. Feats are probably tight

Yeah, the courage thing is a brain fart. The + damage line got moved from 2, 7, 12 to 3, 12, 20.

Completely missed that. That's a strong point to take at least 15 Bard.
I'm probably going to keep the 16/2/2 for now. I might swap out the 2 rog for more fighter/barb/druid, but I like evasion a bit.

Totally incidental, but I was wondering how a PDK Bard would work out. Cha to Damage/Attack made me wonder if maybe you could hybridize (probably via just IC: Slashing, Power Attack and an eSoS for the melee portion) a caster/melee bard that didn't totally suck at both.

I went 15 bard with Elkabongg. You get access to Inspire Excellence that way at epic levels.
I'm doing 15 bard for sure. Considering 3 ranger/2rogue to get manyshot. Still playing with the build planner on this though.
