It's impossible to achieve 28 standing wisdom mod. (i'm nit picking now though, as i don't consider ship buffs or yugo pots to be standing.)

I'm looking at my breakdown, and even with all epic feats, a tier 1 twist spent on wisdom, then equipping the litany, and a +3 insight item, it's not achievable.

Fair enough.

I think I'd be happy with a 75 Stunning Fist DC and a 72 Quivering Palm DC. That may change at level 30 though. We'll see.
