I still very much want greensteel in U19. +45 HP is 1.5 Toughness feats, and 150 SP is the equivalent of a Mental Toughness feat (which you can't even take more than once, damnit). The +skill bonuses that come with HP/SP are better than ever too.

For shiradi casters:
For HP, I think you want con skill+dex skill. 6 con/4 dex/2 str gives you +10 concen/+7 balance (which you are unlikely to slot elsewhere) or Elemental Mastery (which at a 60% proc rate is decentish with shiradi). 6 dex/4 con/2 str gives you blindness ward/+10 diplo (which is very handy for tea).

For SP, you I think you obviously want 6 int skill/4 cha skill. That opens up the same options as 6 dex/4 con HP: blindness ward/+10 diplo, the somewhat subpar +11 balance/Minor Acid Guard (50%), and the somewhat subpar Radiance Guard (15%)/Minor Fire Guard (50%).

As to OP: I personally feel like you still should find a way to slot an accessory.

I dunno if slotting TWO makes sense on most builds.

I'd say the weakest part of Shroud items now is the t3 extra effects. ConcOpp is lol in EE. Min2? Fort can be slotted now. Dmg guards are silly low now. Radiance might make some sense still. The best one, imo, is smoke. Perma blur is more common now. So, really the best part is the displacement clickie.

This. Slots are getting more and more common to boot. But even better...do the same thing they did w/ dodge and shift the values up a bit even if we lose 5hp's in the process. Make the various tiers not stack but double the hp's from each one. And then make elemental hp/sp slottable.
