Wrong. That was the basis of Dont Ask Dont Tell. That's been repealed because it was fucking dumb.

People are freely allowed to describe themselves without the threat of bullying and harrassment.

Your status as intolerant: confirmed. Perhaps you aren't intolerant, but just ignorant. Ignorant to what being truly bullied for aspects of yourself you can do nothing about and are largely ridiculed and made fun of. And not just your taste in clothes or your favorite cupcake flavor. We're talking about base, personality and lifestyle defining aspects of your being that are as core to who you are as the color of your skin, your hair, and the language you speak.

It's not cool, it's not funny, and you really need grow the hell up.
