	Well, the best and often only way to get a problem resolved is now closed. Phone Support for Turbine is now not even an option. https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/425788-Technical-Problems-Account-Supp... I'm guessing the technical problem is that too many people actually had their issues resolved and were happy as a result.

	and it's back... As I said they probably fucked up their PBX upgrade and had to rollback once it was clear it was not possible to recover from the upgraded software failure.
