Twilight + Greater Abishai Set

= +5 Evocation Caster Levels? Ie 7 Wiz would cast certain force SLA's at CL 12?

Also, Tier 5 of AoV....

Intense Faith: Your Fire, Force, Light, and Physical damage spells are cast at +1/+2/+3 caster level.

Does this apply to Archmage SLA's for a total of +8 CL?

Also I'm a dumdum I meant Tier 4

PS: What the hell is up with Chain Missles? Wiki and the Forums say it's fixed somehow but I don't have a high enough level caster to test it right now. I have a level 7 I rolled up to try and it looks like there are a lot less missiles proc'ing on surrounding mobs.
