	The 19.2 release notes alluded to LR resetting TR being "fixed", and in fact it is.

We've heard reports of a bug allowing peoples TR timer to reset after LR Manglement: That's preposterous, fix this problem immediately! Release notes:� Reincarnation � � Reincarnation time stamps that were not getting preserved over reincarnation are now doing do. U20 Release notes : New DDO store : Reincarnation timer bypass. 2ktp

Lesser Hearts can only be bought from the Store while you can get a True Heart from Lahar for 20 Epic Tokens... Getting those 20 Epic Tokens don't require that much time spent in Buying Time.
