Ok, I don't play casters much so sorry if this is old news.

I just noticed a few days ago that Potency was no longer stacking with things like Radiance, Nullification, Impulse, Devotion, etc.

Is this WAI and when was it changed? Anyone got a link to a DDO Forum post from the Devs explaining this if it is WAI?

lol. I was going to say. I don't remember it EVER stacking..

"Potency" has always been the generic spell power (and therefore more powerful and offered in LOWER amounts) than the school-specific boosters like devotion, combustion, etc.

My very first toon was in just over 3 years ago. I remember distinctly that potency didn't stack with devotion then.
  
A half-dozen boss Vaulties donated generously with real money to my classroom during a fundraiser in May 2015 to get poor kids books to read. I won't forget that. They know who they are, and they freaking rule.
