Just curious of what that server looks like.

I mean: is it like Lamannia where everyone gets ignored or what?

Or, better question, does it really exist?

It is my understanding there are several former-mournlanders here, however, they are supposedly barred by NDA from discussing it.  Any current members are not even permitted to reveal their participation while in the program.

It's also my understanding that being an active member of the Vault will disqualify you from Mournlands participation.

I know several people who were former MLers.

They confirm the devs are just as arrogant and retarded as we joke about.  They also confirm that their feedback is ignored just like the rest of us.

Lol. This brings me so much joy. I was actually tempted to request ML access but at least now I know that they ignore feedback everywhere.

There's a list in the VaultLeaks area I think.

A half-dozen boss Vaulties donated generously with real money to my classroom during a fundraiser in May 2015 to get poor kids books to read. I won't forget that. They know who they are, and they freaking rule.

It exists.

I was there for a few months, then quit when it was very apparent that it's just a receptacle for sycophants and yes-men and honest criticism is as discouraged as it is ignored. If people want to know when I started to get cynical and jaded about DDO... it's when I joined ML and saw what goes on there. I've never seen a testing environment so fucked up in my life.

Actually, it's worse - imho.

ML is supposed to be a private testing and feedback preserve. Invite-only, and a place where the Devs solicit feedback in the form of surveys and directed feedback threads... none of which seem to matter worth one lick. The surveys don't seem to change development plans or how things evolve. And, the Devs are active trolls towards those who don't like their ideas. Which makes any sort of honest feedback impossible. If you speak out about something that you doislike, you are literally shouted down by both Devs and their lapdog player devotees.

Both ML and Llama are jokes - but they both have very different punchlines.

Mournland and The Vault are mutually exclusive.

It goes as far as having to chone from The Vault if you really want to get a slot in Mournland.

I still have 404 PM about joining ML, but I never answered... For obvious reasons.

If what happens on ML is similar to what happens on L-Space it's not worth the effort.

Unless The Vault is run by Turbine, there is no way they can trace your Vault account to your in-game account.

Even if they could it would be too resource-demanding it would be idiotic from Turbine to try and do so.

Uh... wait. Its Turdbine we're talking about. NVM.

But were those errors from now or then? Since it's old of course I would say it has errors now.

Oh trust 404 to do that part of his job thoroughly. Some of us are not untraceable in The Vault, and even if we were according to some that had to chone 404 is anal about it.

Well, the more likely error now would be that some on that list are no longer there.

Exists, haven't been on it for years.

The devs who tried to listen (beta, first year) have pretty much moved on or became jaded.  Some of the more loud mouthed / arrogant have taken over. The meeker - but friendlier - got pushed out of the public limelight. It was a shame since they would actually lead groups in quests and talk about them.

It Looked about the same as production. Just some new quests that are unfinished you can go into, stuff moved around to proposed new postions, some rougher graphics or place holders. And, some special NPCs to give you stuff (similar to Llama).

Well considering that L-Space is mostly a waste of time, and that despite all the goodwill he has shown us MajMal has been unable to change that... yet.
It's to be expected that ML could only be worse.

My whole favorite part of llama land is the forums part where they keep telling dev's they posted about it months/weeks ago and it's still there on live after llama tested.
