Is there a chance for chain reward to be lvl 28 ?
Run all on EE ?
Loot gems or loot bonus week ?

Or where would be the best to look for lvl 28 wondrous craft stuff. Just whatever EE chests in Stomrhorns ?

Chain rewards are +20 wondrous craft ML27 only. And not only that, either there's a fixed list of what it gives you (more likely) or the tables are messed up, you can't get certain things at all from the chain list like Thaumaturgy staves (only plain qstaves).

If you're after +21 items, probably just need to run EE Storm Horns with loot bonuses. They're so rare though you can't count on ever getting one, let alone the one you want.

Yeah, I've looted probably over two hundred EE chests with a +2 gem and chest blesser.  I've gotten two +11 stat items, and they were crap stats anyway.

Ahh thanks.
Is there a chance on those chain rewards to be cursed, maybe that would allow higher enchant ?
Anyway, those 27 are pretty good. Too good.

They cannot be cursed, and all cursed does anyway is lower the ML, not raise the the MEV like craftsmanship.
