meh nothing wrong with being a bastard...... not the child's fault and sometimes not the mothers fault, that anyone would hold it against the person just shows badly for them, and if that culture is very harsh for those people it just reflects badly on that culture. Who your mother *and* who your father is, are both just as important but in some cultures who your mother is more. I remember my cousin having an argument with my uncle about which is more important, my uncle was trying to insinuate that the male line was more senior to the female line and actually made the  female line not matter at all, which traditionally is false and she cut him down in his tracks. She said "Well we always know who the mother is 100% can't be always 100% about the father!!!" lol, yeah now we have DNA tests but what are they going to go do and exhume 200+ year old graves? It would be very interesting and prob open up a huge can of worms.

In case your wondering no im not technically a bastard, though my older sister is technically biologically my half sister, and my mother wasn't married. But my father adopted her and to him she is his daughter.

I got a lot of respect for men like that, I got a few cousins, and friends like that as well and they are good fathers/step fathers, then i got friends and cousins lol who play around and have multiple kids to different women......sigh causes no end of grief but people will be people I guess. Funny that how I hold the man just as  responsible as the woman, sometimes unfortunately he is solely responsible.

lol sounds like fun!!! I remember getting reported and getting a lot of rage directed at me. A few years back there would always be people in the harbour spamming trade looking for newbs with ioune stones, and every time I ran through the harbour I would announce I was buying them for what was around the going price, it made them look ridiculous, offering a few thousand while some guy is offering millions. And I had a few of my friends doing the same thing. The rage was amusing.

I don't really those people it was all they did, I would hardly see them in quests and raids much.....just standing spamming trade or at the vendors or standing by the AH. Meh, trading I guess can be fun for some but when I do business I prefer to have both buyer and seller feeling good if possible I don't really get the buzz some get by almost stealing taking advantage of people? I want to continue to do business and even have a relationship of trust with my buyers and suppliers.
