	I finally hit 20 on my toon - only took me 2 months of not playing DDO. How do people get their hearts or whatever they're called these days? I thought I had a second heart, turns out I don't and I ain't sure what the fastest way to get another is.

	After the piece of shit I refer to as shadowfail, I'm not spending any $$ on turbine. So there's no chance of using the store. Gotta hoard my points for future expansions

	House C epic challenges can give 1-2 tokens per run... probably average 1 token per 5 minutes.

	EN DA is the fastest. Average 9 tokens per 6 person run. Ideally you should bring in 5 dummy accounts + you, but most PUGs will pass tokens if you put it up for free chests. Cannith challenges were best when guild chests worked, but you can't come close to matching the tokens/min of DA with a single person's ingreds without a 30% bonus being in effect.
