If by viable you mean "can you do it"?  Yes.  But why go PM with a bladeforged?  Go sorc 16 fvs 2 rogue/monk 2.

gotcha. Its mainly for when I have to do arcane epic lives and to keep options open when I'm tired of going shiradi. Viable meaning viable for EE (since EH is a given regardless of destiny Cheesy)

If you want to be a PM, go Sun Elf. Counter-intuitive I know but LR +1 that Cleric level out and you've got a mighty nice wizzy.

You're not going to be easily viable in EE as a PM if you're just doing a drive-by life. EE viable PMs require fairly extensive gearing. Not worth it IMO, just stick to shiradi.

I wouldn't recommend rogue in general, but if you're going to do it I guess doing it for XP on a TR is the most defensible.

You can be a palemaster and shiradi.  Monk does offer better saves and better dodge over rogue though.

No, you would be 5 or so DCs behind 20 drow / sun elf.
Prolly fine at cap in < Wheloon with that completionist though.
Either cdr's Just Shiradi or Ash's Palemaster Guide.
