There is a ton of builds on the mother forums based on Cetus.  I refuse to fall in line with the Build of the Month club.  I will not add in 2 levels of Paladin just for saves.  I will not take any bow feats.  Leave that crap for the monkchers and Shiradi spammers.  I currently have a level 28 fighter SD that is nothing but a block of wood painted to look mean(intim).  I am looking for a Centered Kensi that will make the most of melee.  If you have no idea what melee is go buy an original Dungeon Masters guide.

Shiradi spammers don't need bow feats.

Druid doesn't let you pick up divine might, which is awesomesauce for blitz.

I enjoy my 8\6\6 fighter monk paladin a lot (the build is in Carpone's thread somewhere, but you'll need to change some feats around). You could also drop some paladin stuff for more feats and go 10\6\4. As long as you have 6-9 monk and 8 fighter, the rest doesn't matter too much though. The lack of improved evasion for me isn't very noticeable.

I was thinking more along the lines of boss DPS also, which is why I don't care for fatal harrier. I guess it just comes down to which one is more important to you, trash or bosses.
