Can a Morninglord at creation take Sovereign Host instead of Amaunator?

If not, can it be exchanged at Fred?

I've read some of the Warpriest Tempest theorycrafting and have been considering

12 Ranger/5 Cleric/3 Monk Morninglord (preferably)

Str  (16) 18 + Levels
Dex 8
Con 14 (10)
Int 16 (6)
Wis 12 (4)
Cha 8

7 Heroic +2 Monk Feats: PBS, Zen Archery, WF: Slash, WSS, PA, Insightful Reflex, Cleave, Great Cleave, Emp Heal Spell.
3 Epic Feats: OC, Quicken?, Blinding Speed

Also considering 12Ranger/5Cleric/3Rogue Scimi User Elf
Str 18 (16) + Levels
Dex 10
Con 14 (10)
Int 14 (4)
Wis 8
Cha 14 (6)

7 Heroic Feats: PBS, FoP, Insightful Reflex, PA, Cleave, Great Cleave, Emp Heal Spell.
3 Epic Feats: OC, IC:Slash, Blinding Speed

Or dump Int/Cha for Dex and pickup CA, Quicken in place of FoP and Insightful Reflex

As far as I know the FR races cannot choose a deity from Eberron. I thought I tried at one point and it didn't work. I have a PDK FvS who uses longswords, and I don't believe I was able to select Soverign Host as my deity. I may be wrong though, and it may be the other way around that Eberron races can't select a FR deity.

This is true, I can verify that iconics cannot choose other deities.  It's been a while since I played a non-iconic race that would choose a deity, so not sure if this holds for them.

Well I may just have a niche use for the Drow Wpn Master Light Maces that I may still have stored in an alts TR Cache somewhere (aka Cold Storage).

idk, kinda bored really...lots of fun projects to consider w/o the time to play them all.

Hmmm PDK may not be too bad but hadn't looked too deeply into it.  Was looking hard at Elf/Tempest/Ninja/Warpriest with Max Dexterity to hit/damage to all centered weapons WSS LSword from Ninja and Lsword/LBow bonuses from Elf and Righteous Wpns from Warpriest.

Do Elven Dex bonuses for Longbow damage add to or supplant Bow Strength?  If it adds then points in Cha wouldn't be bad for Ranged but would do nothing for melee.

Str (2) 10 +3 Tome for PA (assuming Dex to damage takes the place of Bow Str)
Dex (16) 20 + Level Ups
Con (16) 16
Int 8
Wis (2) 10
Cha 8

9 C+H Feats: PA, WF:Slash, WSS, Zen Archery, A/M Forms, PBS, IC:Slash, Cleave
3 E Feats: IC: Ranged, GCleave or CA, Blinding Speed
2 ED Feats: PTWF and prolly SP Positive.
