How often do you oppressed posters report Cordo's favorites when they make post similiar to what gets you infractions?

I like the part where Cordovan says " Hi Welcome was never prohibited; it was only prohibited when used to belittle someone's idea, or to provoke or harass."
I don't regard 'Hi Welcome' as belittling, provoking or harassing, which is the main problem with moderating forums.  Some people need to learn to leave their feelings away from the keyboard on most sites.
